To complete the Stuart Street corridor leading into the theater district, this ten story mixed use building was as a gateway to the historic Bay Village district and compliment to the Statler business district. The existing site also included two divergent four story historic facades that were incorporated into the design with the new building serving as a support matrix and background to the Art Deco and Gothic facades.
