A townhouse in the city. This structure was used to store film in the era of the silver screen which explains the concrete waffle slabs and tall floor to floor heights. This unlikely combination to many was just the right backdrop for this contemporary conversion to a modern living space. The townhouse is four stories including a 3-car garage, segregated living for the older children and two living floors with a roof terrace for the primary residents.
