Park Center Plaza

When the neighborhood YMCA was replaced by a larger facility, this site became available for re-development.  The neighborhood needed services and wanted to maintain the active streetscape of a traditional small town district.  These two retail buildings were designed to mimic the scale and rhythm of  the neighborhood.  The parking was moved to the rear and sidewalk patios incorporated to promote activity and interaction between the patrons of the shops.
